Why Everyone Is Talking about Legalisation Services

We are proud to offer a professional service that will make sure that your documents are legally correct. All documents are processed manually by a team of professionals, to not only provide a fast service, but also ensure your documents are kept secure.

You cannot have documents issued outside of the UK legalised using this service: have them legalised in the country where they were issued. You can get some official UK documents legalised by asking a Legalisation Office to check the signature, stamp, or seal is by an official of the British state.

For cases in which the validity of employment documents issued by official authorities in your home country can be verified using secure authentication codes, you do not need to have them notarised or legalised. An Apostille certificate is usually requested from authorities and organisations abroad to enable documents to be used for official purposes outside of the United Kingdom.

The Apostille procedure makes document legalisation easier, with the seal and signature being stamped onto the document, but is valid only in countries which are currently members of the Hague convention. An authority in the A-countrylegalizes your documents using a stamp or a sticker known as an apostille. An apostille is issued by the U.S. Government, which certifies that your document is authentic, and is required in the following countries.

Often, your documents will need legalization from a local or state government, the U.S. government, and an embassies in your target countries in order to be considered authentic and valid. If you plan on using a U.S. public document abroad, it will need to be legalized by a local government authority before it will be considered valid. There are usually multiple ways of legalizing a document, but usually only one method will be accepted by the country for which you are intending to use the document.

A certified translation does not have to be legalised at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, EU, and Co-operations Legalisation Services, but that does not mean the original document does not have to be legalised or given an apostille. Notarized documents need to be certified by a county clerk in the county in which the notary is certified to be anotarized. Birth, death, and marriage certificates, as well as divorce certificates issued by local or county officials, or county health departments, must be certified by the County Clerk first in the county in which the birth was issued.

BVS Global provides Seychelles Document Legalization, or Apostille, for any kind of document issued by the Seychelles to be used in any country. We offer Authentication (legalization) services for corporations, law firms, US citizens, and foreign nationals for any documents to be used in the Seychelles*. The Secretary of States Office is capable of processing documents issued by all 50 United States states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. federal government to the country of Seychelles.

Seychelles is a member of The Hague Apostille Convention, and any official document intended for that country requires a post-apostille by the Secretary of States office. Documents issued by Seychelles that have apostilles are eligible to be recognized by any country, with no additional authentication, under the Hague Apostille Convention. An Apostille issued in the US is issued for documents issued only in the US.

Documents from Seychelles need only have the Apostille stamped by the issuing State authorities in order to be valid in the target State. If your document was issued by a Federal Court, then it must have been certified by the Justice Department in Washington, DC, and then obtained an Apostille by the US State Department in order to be used in Seychelles. If your document originated from Seychelles, then you need to go to the appropriate competent authorities for assistance with the Seychelles.

If you wish to use your apostille in another foreign country, you must return your birth certificate to Seychelles in order to get an apostille from them. The stamp of Seychelles Foreign Affairs Department may be substituted for the Apostille, as long as both your sending country and destination are parties to the Hague Convention 1961. Diplomatic authentication or legalization is not required on documents emanating from Seychelles for legal communications with another member country of the convention.

In the attestation process for documents for Seychelles, it must be first authenticated by the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Legalization or attestation usually involves two to three levels of authentication between the two branches of government for documents from Seychelles. All documents submitted to the Embassy of UAE in Seychelles should either be the original document or certified to be an authentic copy, and the On-Time Attestation would require copies of the original documents in order to enable us to certified them to be an authentic copy of the original.

Attestation On Time will have to send the documents to the court to be Apostilled, and upon receiving an Apostilled copy, it will then forward to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for authentication. If sending a document to a legalisation office, ensure registered post is used in the UK to & from. Legalisation is frequently required by foreign authorities before they will permit you to use a British document for official purposes in their country; Legalisation does not confirm the validity of the document, nor does it provide approval by the FCO to its contents.
